CAF	inhouse	Contract System - Manage company contract related to vendor.
CRDS	inhouse	Customer Relation Database System - Provide information about PT TITAN customer (integrated with SAP already), specific customer requirement for the product, competitor purchasing information, etc. - Record technical and sales visit of our technical service staff. - Process sample request, customer trial request from customer. - Manage customer complaint or record customer satisfaction from customer.

PTService	inhouse	SAP to Local Database Data Transporter (SQL) - A system to download SAP mature data to TPN local database server.
Corporate Intranet	inhouse	PT TITAN Intranet web, provide corporate matters, department links and publication. Also provide links to another application (Phone Book, Web Mail, HR System for Employee, etc)
Services	inhouse	Admin Service System - Process logistic operation such as vehicle kilometers and petrol entry, telephone usage, laundry, employee meals.
Tracking	inhouse	HSE Related Software - Software for tracking Safety related issue of the company. Such as record any incident report, near miss, sub standard, safety talk performed, inspection walkthrough, ideas/suggestion, emergency drill, housekeeping, HSE Comitte and HSE Audit, Non Conformity Report and Safety Assesment.
Weightbridge System	external	Weightbridge System - A system that validate between real truck load with product weight shows on Delivery Order, in order to deliver finish product to customer.

Absen report for Ahmad Supei invalid since he has been switch to another departement, which is switch his schedule from shift to daily schedule.
Our automatic schedule generation at HR System only have facility to generate schedule from first month (January). Have to modify it by adding month parameter (at frmCreateShiftSchedule3).

After updating the schedule, re-process Ahmad Supei’s absen to update his absen report.

13. Personal Attendance Report

A page for user to see his absent (Lateness, Early Home, Presence/Unpresence, Leave, Sick, Absent). Red sign mean that the employee have problem on his presence in plant. Red sign will become blue if his superior giving an adjustment/reason with that problem. Superior can see all his subordinate record.

A page showing detail time of employee enter or leaving the plant. Superior can see all his subordinate record.

A summary page for superior to see total lateness, early home, and presence/unpresence, leave, sick, absent of subordinate, per month.

A summary page for superior to see total lateness, early home, and presence of subordinate, per employee and per month.

17. Employee Schedule

A page showing employee schedule. Superior can see and change schedule of all his subordinate record. This facility commonly used by shift staff that an employee backuping his partner if the partner is proposing an annual leave or doing schedule switch. Employee schedule need to maintain since employee absent data such as late and early home calculated based on the schedule.

Create new helpdesk request icon is put on company intranet frontpage. When user click the icon, it will automatically directed to input page with ‘request by’ field automatically filled by Windows user logon. User can choose desired helpdesk type.


After completing the input, system will show user helpdesk request history. System will also generate notification email to the helpdesk creator and helpdesk admin. Click the link in the email then user will directed to the request.

12. Helpdesk Administrator
On helpdesk admin page, administrator will delegate helpdesk request to actionee, determine the report type (for report purpose), fill solution of the problem, and approval selection (if only the request need approval from requester superior). Admin can also tick the hardcopy combo box if the request need to be filed.
Admin response will also generate email notification to the actionee, requester and approver. Once the request is approved, actionee do the job, and then requester closed the request. Actionee can update solution field if he find any update on his helpdesk action.

1. App. Backup

This application record application backup activity done by IT department. Some application need to be backup are SUN, MAXIMO, and LIMS. The first two is deprecated since it replaced by SAP.

2. Full Backup

This application record full backup activity (stored in a backup tape).

3. IT Checklist

Record all IT daily monitoring activity such antivirus pattern check, server operating systems stability check, server application check, etc. It also record critical hardware (server, RPU, etc) or software (esofgate, LIMS, SAP, etc) down time.

4. RADIO TRACKING

An application to record radio inventory managed by IT, since the handset are used by many people rapidly, and it sometimes sent to vendor for repair.

A facility than record user computer hardware, such as serial number, computer name, domain, IP address, etc.

6. Transportation Request

An application for employee, asking for transportation facility to the company. This facility used for employee that need to be pickup to plant/to go home, after office hour (overtime).

7. Transportation Administrator

An application for transportation administrator to reject, or approve and assign transportation request. It will also detect request that overlap.

8. Medical Record

Showing employee and family medical record, which is consist of inpatient history, outpatient, employee treatment on company clinic, dental, and glasses. It also show the remain of total value company medical incentive for the employee.

10. Canteen Menu

An application to input canteen menu of the day. The menu will show in intranet page, so that employee (especially shift employee) that far from canteen request meal box easy to choose their desired menu.

And its all elements of the company mandate to create such safe workplace and environment.




Currently we has built and maintain TRACKING inhouse application software for this HSE matters. Built with VB6 and DBMS MSSQL 2000 .TRACKING is an electronic HSE management system as an automation in recording, reporting and documenting of HSE Input and Output. The system maintain safety issue of the company, such as Incident, Nearmiss, Substandard, Safety Inspection, etc. It provide as a paperless and fast communication since it generate an email notification and weekly reminder to every person related to the safety issue outstanding action. The system try to record all system (potential) failures in the company to prevent future incident. As the (potential) incidents reported and investigated, HSE team will try to discover basic cause of the incident and indentify what action/program need to be taken to control that losses.

Weighbridge software is one of softwares IT responsible to maintain. Starting its duty on 96-an till now, with Windows 95 operating system using old PC with small harddisk space and without any network slot. We had try install it on Windows 2000, but the system become unstable. Meanwhile, the vendor stop supporting this legacy system. Its hard to maintain the software on those conditions. With current requirement that Weighbridge System must integrate with SAP, its time to replace the system.







Two weighing hardware connect to computer via com port 1 and 2, supporting 2 paralel weighing routine. Software can be configured whether it can only weighing in one direction (in or out only), or both.

          HR Survey was built with php5 and MySql, and a litte use of Javascript. After user login, a notification pop up appear telling the user that he/she had certain amount of time to fill the question. Time countdown appear on bottom left of application. Error notification popup when user not fill all mandatory questions. Vote result show in modification of phpMyAdmin, showing result in percentage or bar chart diagram.

          The project was based on client requirement that the Education Technology Department need a tool to maintain student photographic data and reliable photographic information retrieval (IR). It is built in Delphi 5 environment. The software maintain photo data (photos title, score, diafragma, speed, distance, asa, and word stem for information retrieval purpose), photographer data as the photo creator, locindex and stopword for IR.



Here I did some experiment on creating new visual component from another. One to mention is photo thumbnail object, combination of frame, panel, image rendering, thumbnail aspect ratio, label. Just mimic my favourite image browser ACDsee.

          Another personal project which integrate flash and php. The client need that his flash animation can parse value to php. The flash part doing t-shirt design, such as color picking, choose picture and design, quantity order, etc. While the php part saving those value to database. Book “Flash and PHP Bible” by Matthew Keefe, Wiley Publishing should be a good reference for such flash and php integration.

          A project in advertising sector. Not much remembrance on it, but its gave me a lot of experience on windows, object oriented and component based programming in Borland Delphi 5 environment. Good documentation and examples help me grab the object concept easier, better than just straight coding (compared with VB6 in that age). Generally, the project is about advertisement process, from budgeting, creative design, picking advertisement media, scheduling, billing, etc.
